To complete the direct debit process, the User must provide their bank’s contact information. This is done to make sure they can be contacted in the case of any problems using their direct debit service.

DANA Business Account

The DANA Business Account is just a feature that helps Verified Users fulfill their business or individual business payment needs. The feature offers payment via a link, a balance withdrawal feature, and a characteristic to view Transactions and payment status. The DANA Business Account can be obtained for registered DANA users only.

Activating the DANA Business Account requires Users to complete a whole and detailed business/business profile information according to the form that can be obtained on the DANA application. The User can be required to offer their bank’s contact information for verification purposes.

In the event that User fails to offer their bank’s contact information, the DANA Business Account will be automatically deactivated. Alternatively, the DANA Business Account may be restored if User provides their bank’s contact information within 1 (one) working day after they fail to offer their bank’s contact information.

The DANA protection feature is just a special protection for Users against unauthorized transactions due to account takeovers. This feature emerges by EDIK to guarantee the safety of DANA balances or cards stored on the DANA Account.
